Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
Proven experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
