Job description ABOUT THE JOB • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members. • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, tools, and methodologies. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive. ABOUT YOU • Academic background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 8 years professional experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role. • Proficiency in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. • You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
