• *Responsibilities**:
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with SCCM 2008, SCCM 2012 R2, and the latest version
- Auditing of hardware/software inventory
- Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
- Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation
- Provide expertise for numerous core Microsoft systems & enterprise infrastructure technologies
- Ability to prioritize and plan
- Leads research and develop new technology, tools, and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience
- Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript and or PowerShell
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field, or documented equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies, under standard change control processes within large-size corporations.
- Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise-class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10/11, Mobile Device OS, and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting, Asset management, and inventory.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.
- Strong understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption.
- Advanced knowledge of registry, permissions, drivers, and software required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Prior experience with Single Sign-on Technologies, McAfee Encryption - EPO, and WSUS.

- SCCM Engineer will join the User Computing Department in its support of the End User Support.
