Job Description
• Administer PC/LAN, office systems, and server systems, providing technical support services.
• Manage IT inventory records for both hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Provide efficient and timely IT support to end-users.
• Execute additional IT-related tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computing Study, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge and experience in PC/LAN technical support and Windows system administration.
• Eagerness to learn with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
