· Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
· Design system workflows, data models, and functional specifications.
· Conduct system testing, integration, and validation to ensure quality and performance.
· Support system deployment, user training, and documentation.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
· Ensure solutions comply with IT security standards and organizational policies.
· Good understanding of government regulations, especially military service laws.
· Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Required professional certificates: Agile Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
