About Our Client
Our client is a large software vendor (MNC) with business across the globe. They are now hiring a IT Business Analyst to drive the Azure-based SaaS cloud platform implementation projects. The person would drive the end to end project lifecycle, with API management and system integration with Microsoft applications including Power BI, Power Platforms. You would work closely with Australia technical team on quality and timely delivery.
Job Description
- Drive end to end client solutions cycle accountable from presales, demonstration, implementation, training and support
- Drive user requirements gathering workshops, provide solutions for clients across APAC
- Drive Azure-based SaaS platform implementation with API management and integration with Microsoft Platform
- Work closely with regional technical teams to translate user requirement to technical specifications, ensure them with timely and quality delivery
- Drive training independently for clients
- Perform any ad hoc task as requested
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
- 3+ year's experience as IT Solution Consultant/ Business Analyst/ Application Consultant
- Track record in 2+ end to end project lifecycle in Hybrid/ Agile
- Experience in SaaS platform/ cloud based enterprise application is a plus
- Hands on with reporting using Power BI
- Able to independently drive user requirement workshops and training
- Knowledgeable with API management with basic understanding on XML/ HTML; Experience in Power Automate/ InfoPath is a huge plus
- Capable with system integration across Microsoft platforms
- Vendor/ consulting background is required
- Experience in Construction/ Industrial/ Facility Management Applications is a plus
- Vendor/ SI experience is preferred
- Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
