Job Title: Sales Representative - IT Software Solutions
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities for IT software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Technical & Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Understand client requirements and propose the best software solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in IT software sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, including SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience selling to educational institutions or within the EdTech sector.
