COMPANY OVERVIEW Taken Media Arts LLC (TMA) is a Saudi-based VFX and post-production studio working across film, episodic, commercial, and emerging AI-driven creative workflows. We support major studios, broadcasters, and high-profile clients within the Kingdom and internationally, operating in highly secure and confidential environments. As we scale our Riyadh studio, we are building a strong in-house IT and infrastructure function to support artists, production teams, and secure client delivery. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Junior–Mid Level IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support and maintain our on-site IT environment in Riyadh. This is a hands-on infrastructure support role within a creative studio environment. You will work closely with artists, production staff, and senior technical leadership to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performing well. This is not a call-centre or ticket-only IT support role, and not a DevOps or software development position. It is suited to someone who enjoys practical IT, infrastructure, and systems work and wants to grow into a more senior engineering role over time. Saudi nationals only. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IT & Infrastructure Support • Provide day-to-day IT support for studio staff and artists • Maintain and troubleshoot desktop and workstation environments • Support peripherals, displays, shared storage access, and network connectivity • Respond to technical issues in a calm, professional manner Networking & Systems • Support office and studio networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN awareness) • Assist with switches, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting • Support Windows environments and Active Directory users • Assist with user access, permissions, and onboarding/off-boarding Google Workspace & Cloud Services • Support Google Workspace administration (users, shared drives, access control) • Assist with basic AWS operations (access management, monitoring, backups) • Follow security and access best practices Studio & Production Support • Support high-performance VFX workstations • Work alongside senior engineers and external specialists on upgrades and improvements • Maintain clear documentation of systems and procedures Security & Best Practice • Follow company and client security requirements • Escalate potential security issues promptly • Maintain tidy, well-documented, and secure systems EMPLOYMENT DETAILS • Full-time, on-site role • Based in Riyadh • Salary: SAR 14,000 – 18,000 per month • Structured probation and performance review • Opportunity to grow into a senior infrastructure role as the studio scales Skills Essential • Saudi national • 1–4 years experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles • Solid understanding of desktop and workstation support • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, VLAN concepts) • Experience supporting Windows-based environments • Familiarity with Google Workspace • Good communication skills and a service oriented mindset Desirable • Experience in media, broadcast, post-production, or creative environments • Exposure to Active Directory or identity systems • Basic familiarity with cloud services (AWS or similar) • Interest in infrastructure, networking, or systems engineering as a career path PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure • Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users • Respectful of confidentiality and security requirements • Proactive and willing to learn • Takes pride in system stability and good operational hygiene
