This also means we are always looking for qualified & dynamic IT professionals to join our team or our clients. - Softlanding Solutions_ is collaborating with Groupe Access to help find a determined, energetic **IT Implementation Specialist **who will be part of Groupe Access's team, based out of Montréal, QC. A Level 3 (L3) IT Technician with experience in Azure, O365, Intune migration, and networking knowledge is an asset. Here are key details about this role: **_Responsibilities:_** - ** Technical Support**: Providing high-level technical support to resolve complex issues and escalations that cannot be handled by L1 and L2 technicians. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system-related problems. - ** Security**: Ensuring the security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems is crucial. Implementing security best practices and maintaining compliance with security standards will be part of your responsibilities. - ** Documentation**: Maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, system setups, and migration processes is essential for efficient operations and future troubleshooting. - ** Collaboration**: Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to align IT services with business objectives and needs. This includes working closely with system administrators, database administrators, and security teams. **_Skills and Qualifications:_** - Azure and Intune Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, O365 and Intune are crucial for successful migration and device management. - Proficient on Microsoft Modern Work suite - Good knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD and Intune - Experience with Microsoft 365 mail and SharePoint management and migration required - IT Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+, demonstrate your expertise. - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Experience: Several years of experience in IT roles, including experience with Azure and Intune migration and network administration. - Communication: Good communication skills, as you'll need to collaborate with various teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Security Awareness: Understanding and implementing security best practices to protect network and system resources. - An L3 IT Technician with experience in Azure, Intune migration, and networking knowledge plays a critical role in ensuring an organization's IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
