A Level 3 (L3) IT Technician with experience in Azure, O365, Intune migration, and networking knowledge is an asset. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system-related problems. - ** Security**: Ensuring the security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems is crucial. Implementing security best practices and maintaining compliance with security standards will be part of your responsibilities. - ** Documentation**: Maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, system setups, and migration processes is essential for efficient operations and future troubleshooting. - ** Collaboration**: Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to align IT services with business objectives and needs.
