Responsibilities:
• Manage user IDs, access rights, and role-based quota controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, filing systems, and access logs.
• Monitor and control USB and external device usage.
• Document and report IT incidents and support resolution activities.
• Prepare monthly IT reports and maintain system maintenance and release logs.
• Perform routine server maintenance and periodic hardware/software checks.
• Support system releases, projects, and ad-hoc IT tasks.
• Coordinate system maintenance and power shutdown/startup activities.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT operations, security controls, and system maintenance.
• Preferably at least two (2) years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk operations.
