Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead technology strategy and delivery within a Fintech environment. The role requires a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise across quality assurance, data analysis, backend, frontend, and full-stack development, combined with proven leadership experience to drive secure, scalable, and compliant digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the IT and technology roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements in KSA.
• Manage and develop software engineering, QA, and data teams.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management.
• Ensure strong QA frameworks, test automation, and code quality standards.
• Guide backend, frontend, and full-stack development with focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting to support business insights.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and compliance teams.
Skills
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including QA, data analysis, backend, frontend, and full-stack development.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure system architectures.
• Knowledge of KSA regulatory and cybersecurity standards is highly preferred.
