Program Supervisor Intensive Outpatient (IOP) / Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Location: Clarity Clinic Evanston, IL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM (three evenings/week, one‑hour break)
We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisor to lead our IOP/PHP programs and ensure exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include supervising MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC clinicians, overseeing program performance, conducting patient assessments, and facilitating DBT/CBT‑based group and individual therapy. The supervisor will collaborate with families and the treatment team, maintain documentation in AdvancedMD, and promote quality, evidence‑based care.
Compensation & Benefits
• $70–80K+ base salary (commensurate with experience/licensure) plus PM incentive
