Backend Development Intern (AI Direction) Position Type: Internship Openings: 2–3 Focus Area: FinTech & AI Application Development Responsibilities • Assist in the development, testing, and optimization of modules within financial systems such as payments, lending, wealth management, and account services. • Learn and practice the fundamentals of high‑concurrency and high‑availability system design under the guidance of senior engineers. • Support code implementation, documentation writing, and maintenance of core system functionalities while developing solid engineering habits. • Explore the application of AI in software development and financial scenarios, with opportunities to participate in projects involving AI‑assisted programming, intelligent risk control, and other cutting‑edge technologies. • Collaborate closely with the team, quickly learn business knowledge, and proactively complete assigned tasks. What We’re Looking For Basic Requirements 1. Technical Foundation • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related major; junior undergraduate or above, or a graduate student. • Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (Java/Python/Go) and familiar with object‑oriented programming concepts. • Basic understanding of Spring Boot or similar development frameworks through coursework or project experience. • Familiar with basic database concepts (e.g., MySQL) and Linux operations. 2. Core Qualities • Passion for learning: Strong curiosity and self‑motivation, with the ability to learn quickly and independently. • Interest in AI programming: Enthusiastic about how AI and machine learning integrate with software development. Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot), AI‑related coursework, or early exposure to agents and LLM application development is a plus. • Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. • Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt to the pace of the tech industry. Preferred Qualifications • Personal tech blog, open‑source contributions, or hands‑on project experience. • Interest or basic understanding of FinTech business scenarios. • Exposure to distributed systems, caching technologies (e.g., Redis), or other middleware concepts.
