Position: Intermediate Full Stack – Software Developer
Duration: 9 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement
The client is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack – Software Developer to support integration development, break/fix work, operational enhancements, and full‑stack application development in support of the Courts Digital Transformation (CDT) initiative. This role requires hands‑on development across the front‑end, back‑end, APIs, integrations, pipelines, and databases, while ensuring adherence to OPS standards, accessibility requirements, and SDLC best practices.
Scope
• Build and enhance project integrations based on new CDT requirements
• Support production issues, break/fix work, and operational improvements
• Translate system specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop and expand data pipelines (ETL, transformations, data movement)
Assignment Deliverables
• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack application components (front‑end, back‑end, APIs, integrations)
• Build and maintain data pipelines including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
• Produce detailed technical specifications, design documentation, and SDLC artifacts
• Conduct unit testing, create automation test scripts, and support functional testing
Expertise Required
Must Have:
• 3+ years of proven full‑stack development experience using Angular/React/Vue or similar
• In‑depth experience with JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, SQL and modern SDLC/DevOps practices
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Connect APIs, and PHP API development
• 1–3 years working with Oracle Service Cloud (profiles, permissions, workspace rules)
• Experience customizing portals using widgets, UI extensions, and JS/PHP components
• Solid understanding of front‑end + back‑end integration, API development, and system design
• Hands‑on experience with reporting & analytics (dashboards, reports, metrics)
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with OPS privacy/security processes (PIA, TRA)
• Strong documentation skills and comfort supporting knowledge transfer activities
• Public‑sector digital services, justice sector, or emergency operations experience.
