Job Description:
The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development of next-generation agentic AI systems for the healthcare industry.
• Building and growing high-performing engineering teams
A proven track record in building and scaling agentic AI systems, with experience in frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen required. Strong technical leadership skills are necessary, as well as hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (React, Python, Node.js). A background in ML or related fields with focus on action experimentation is also needed. Bonus points are given for startup environments particularly medical data regulated tech.
