What You’ll Do:
As an Infrastructure Service Management Transformation Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping to grow the Infrastructure Engineering practice by partnering with Sales and Client Account Teams to drive and support cloud/infrastructure opportunities. You will also be responsible for delivery management of cloud/infrastructure programs, projects, and teams.
You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, where your core competency will be Infrastructure Service Management, stay current on industry trends and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage teams to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives for clients to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Leverage Accenture delivery management methodology and tools for project management, resource management, and financial management.
• Manage and develop client delivery teams; mentor consultants and infrastructure practitioners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support business development activities: proposals, client pitches, solution design, and relationship growth.
• Design and deliver agentic use cases across incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, and capacity management.
• Translate operational challenges into agentic workflows, KPIs, and value outcomes (reliability, MTTR, cost, productivity).
• Establish governance and control models for agent autonomy, auditability, and risk management.
• Provide platform leadership for ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, AIOps) and integrate agentic capabilities.
• Partner with cloud and engineering teams across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Redesign operating models, roles, and ways of working for human + agent collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; support solution shaping and thought leadership.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Operations leadership.
• Proven experience leading service management transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Solid foundation in ITIL and modern service management practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud operating models.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation, AIOps, or agentic systems.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
• Experience designing agentic or autonomous operational workflows.
• Background in DevOps, SRE, or product-led platforms.
• Experience with AI governance, risk, and controls.
• Familiarity with FinOps and value realization models.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
