We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing end-user computing environments and core IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bulk desktop/laptop deployment using cloning, system administration, cloud services, and IT security, while ensuring high availability and strict SLA adherence.
• Perform bulk preparation and deployment of desktops and laptops for end users using cloning and imaging tools
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard enterprise applications
• Manage and administer Active Directory (AD) including user accounts, groups, GPOs, and access control
• Provide support for cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or similar platforms)
• Ensure SLA compliance by delivering timely incident resolution and service requests
• Configure and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
• Implement and manage BitLocker encryption and endpoint security policies
• Manage and troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, and basic network services
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection standards
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for system-related issues
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system upgrades
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
• 4+ years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer / System Administrator
• Strong experience in bulk OS deployment and cloning (SCCM, MDT, Clonezilla, Ghost, or similar tools)
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent)
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
• BitLocker encryption
• DHCP & DNS
• IT Security & endpoint protection
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments
Salary Dhs.4,000 Per Month All Inclusive.
