Role Description
This full-time on-site role as an Industrial and Systems Engineer is located in Riyadh. The engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining systems to ensure efficient processes within the ticketing services domain. Daily tasks include performing systems design, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with other teams to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to develop and optimize efficient workflows
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve system issues effectively
• Experience with System Administration to manage, monitor, and maintain system operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or similar industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
