About LAMARS AI LAMARS AI builds conversational AI infrastructure for Real Estate teams (initial focus: off-plan brokerages in Dubai). We turn WhatsApp inbound into qualified conversations and booked calls, helping sales teams perform better without increasing headcount. The product is already live with paying clients. The current challenge is delivery: executing implementations with quality, speed, and consistency, while learning from real usage to improve what we build next. We’re a small, early-stage team. This role is critical to making the product work in the real world, not just on paper. The role We’re looking for an Implementation Lead (delivery-first) to own everything that happens after a deal is closed: ● turning what was sold into a clear, executable setup ● coordinating implementation and go-live ● ensuring the system works as expected for the client ● reducing chaos, rework, and manual founder involvement This is not a Product Manager role and not a Customer Success Manager role. You won’t own the roadmap or code the core system, but you’ll need enough product sense and technical understanding to challenge decisions, spot issues early, and help define the right solution before anything is built. What you’ll do 1) Own delivery post-sale ● Take ownership once a deal is closed and drive the implementation end-to-end. ● Run onboarding with the client: inputs, materials, access, constraints. ● Translate what was sold into a clear delivery plan with scope, assumptions, and dependencies. ● Protect scope and avoid uncontrolled “while we’re at it…” changes. 2) Define how things should work before building ● Help define and validate: ○ qualification logic ○ when to book vs handoff to a human ○ rules, constraints, and edge cases ○ tone and experience expectations ● Use real client context as input, but keep the focus on execution quality, not account management. ● Work closely with the founder (product decisions) and the builder (implementation). 3) Coordinate implementation & go-live ● Ensure the system is implemented correctly and consistently. ● Validate setups before going live (checklists, sanity checks). ● Make sure delivery is smooth, predictable, and repeatable. 4) Quality & iteration ● Review real conversations and flows to detect issues early. ● Flag improvements and adjustments based on real usage. ● Ensure what clients experience matches what was promised. 5) Systematize delivery ● Create and improve: ○ onboarding checklists ○ implementation SOPs ○ go-live criteria ● Help make delivery scalable without founder micromanagement. What this role is not ● Not a Product Manager (no roadmap ownership). ● Not a core developer (you won’t code the system). ● Not a Customer Success / Account Manager role (no renewals, upsells, or account ownership as core responsibility). What success looks like ● Implementations are delivered cleanly and on time. ● Low rework due to better upfront definition. ● Fewer production issues after go-live. ● The founder spends time deciding what to build, not chasing execution. ● Clients see real, measurable improvements in their sales flow. What we’re looking for Must-have ● Experience leading B2B implementations or delivery in SaaS/tech products. ● Comfortable working close to founders in early-stage environments. ● Strong execution mindset with enough product sense to challenge bad decisions. ● Clear, structured communication with clients and internal teams. ● Fluent English (working language). Nice-to-have ● Spanish fluency. ● Experience with CRMs, automation, or operational systems. ● Background in startups, scale-ups, or consulting → startup transitions. Tools you’ll work with WhatsApp Business · CRM (GoHighLevel) · Supabase · Automation (n8n) · Notion / Drive · Slack · Loom Compensation Competitive and flexible. We’re open to paying above market for the right profile, depending on experience and autonomy. Why this role is interesting ● High impact: what you do directly affects product quality and client results. ● Close collaboration with the founder and early team. ● Opportunity to shape how delivery is done from the ground up. ● Learn fast, build real systems, and see direct outcomes.
