A senior Tech Lead is required to join a well-established e-commerce brand operating at scale, supporting high-throughput, business-critical backend systems.
This role sits within a core backend and API-focused team responsible for internal platforms that directly support commercial operations. It is a leadership role first and foremost, focused on technical direction, solution design, and raising engineering standards, rather than day-to-day feature coding.
Youll work closely with senior engineering leadership and a small, capable team, taking clear ownership of technical decisions while nurturing engineers and driving meaningful platform improvements.
The organisation offers flexible working, with West End offices and an expectation of attending roughly once every two weeks.
