Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise, on-premises, and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Mentor and guide technical teams, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration.
Conduct feasibility studies, contribute to RFPs, and prepare technical documentation for new initiatives.
Recommend emerging technologies and Outsystems components to enhance solution performance and efficiency.
Develop corrective and improvement plans to address technical or operational challenges.
Support digital transformation initiatives and low-code Outsystems solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or IT project management, including at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
Strong expertise in .NET technologies, Outsystems, and on-premises applications.
Solid understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise digital solutions.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in government or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
