We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Demand & Supply Planning LEAD to support and enhance Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities. This role will partner closely with business planning leaders to evolve demand forecasting, improve system performance, and drive automation and optimization initiatives across planning processes.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business planning leads to enhance and evolve IBP demand and supply planning capabilities.
• Improve demand forecasting accuracy and support forecast optimization initiatives.
• Drive automation and optimization of data loads, transformations, and planning processes.
• Optimize system performance to support scalable and efficient planning operations.
• Support system upgrades and the implementation of new SAP IBP base functionalities.
• Provide expertise in leveraging IBP tools to support S&OP processes.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP modules.
• Background working in a wholesale, apparel, or similar CPG environment strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data transformation, and SQL.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and forecast optimization.
• 7–10 years of overall professional experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
Location
• NYC Tri-State Area, with hybrid flexibility.
• During the contracting period, there is no expectation of regular office attendance; however, occasional in-person meetings may be required.
