Role: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 50,000 AED

The role:
This individual will own the IAM Architecture roadmap, ensuring that Identity is at the core of the wider strategic vision. You will be responsible for ensuring Security, Compliance, and Governance of the Architecture, as well as continuously looking at ways to innovate. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor position, with a clear pathway to management.
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in IAM Architecture
• Financial Services experience is a must-have. Either owning IAM in a bank, or within a IAM FinTech
• Scaled an identity offering from the ground up
• Skilled in one or more cloud offerings
• Excellent communicator, with leadership traits
• Knowledge of the best industry practices, and aware of continuous advancements
