Responsibilities
• Analyze real-time conversation data to detect fraudulent calls, contributing to the development of anti-fraud systems.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to provide high-quality, accessible data for model training and enhancement.
• Research and implement new data technologies and methodologies to improve detection accuracy.
• Engineer and refine prompts to reliably control and automate Large Language Model (LLM) outputs for analytical tasks.
• Apply your understanding of scam tactics and strategies specific to Japan to inform detection algorithms.
• Support the integration of data insights into operational workflows, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, particularly using Python.
• Experience working with Machine Learning teams and providing high-quality data.
• Knowledge of emerging data technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to engineer and optimize prompts for LLMs, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Understanding of scam tactics specific to Japan
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent working skills
