To support the Incoming Quality Assurance team by performing inspections andreporting activities that ensure the quality of incoming materials andcomponents meet required standards and specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct incoming inspections in accordance with the Incoming Control Plan(ICP) and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Accurately create, update, and maintain Incoming Inspection Reports todocument inspection results and findings.
Operate and maintain Keyence measurement systems; develop and validatemeasurement programs to support dimensional verification and ensuremeasurement system accuracy and repeatability.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify, investigate, andresolve quality-related issues effectively.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the QA Lead or Manager to supportoverall quality assurance objectives.
Job Requirements:
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or Science discipline. Preferably with working experience in Quality Assurance or Engineering. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with measurement tools and equipment, especially Keyence, is anadvantage. Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
