Quality Assurance Architect A key member of our team, the QA Lead Architect will drive quality engineering excellence and lead innovation across our teams and client projects. • Define and evolve the Quality Engineering strategy across Highspring's transformation initiatives. • Oversight of test architecture, leading automation roadmaps, coaching technical teams, and designing end-to-end quality frameworks for large-scale programs. • Architect solutions, lead POCs, introduce GenAI-driven QA capabilities, improve delivery maturity, and guide squads through modern testing practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of API testing, microservices validation, CI/CD quality gates, and DevOps pipelines, as well as experience with cloud platforms, modern application architectures, and GenAI/LLM tools.
