Job Overview We're seeking a talented Hardware Systems Engineering Lead to join our Mission Systems team at Lockheed Martin. This senior role involves developing Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, ensuring technical integrity and quality throughout the product lifecycle. Main Responsibilities: • Lead product development activities, providing technical guidance to engineers on requirements derivation through product integration. • Support organizational process compliance, including Systems Engineering and Hardware Development Process Implementation. • Ensure deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments, while managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Leverage Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes. Requirements: • DOD customer experience. • Experience designing, developing, or integrating advanced processing systems. • DO-254 and/or DO-178 design certification. • Exceptional communication skills for briefing technical information to internal and external audiences. • Experience working in classified environments. • Drive execution through Digital Engineering, leveraging Model-Based System Engineering and Agile approaches. • DOORS and NextGen DOORS experience.
