- Takes complete ownership of Quality of the project under his supervision
- Effectively communicates with all stakeholders and keeps leadership informed on the project progress
- Contributes to Requirements discovery and grooming sessions.
- Ensures Quality from early phases of product development.
- Quickly gains Business knowledge and would be the Go-To person for any questions on functionality
- Takes complete ownership of Test Data management and QE processes.
- Delivers Test Plan and Strategy tailored for QE success based on project specific needs.
- Aligns test strategy with overall project planning and effectively coordinates with Project Managers and Dev Teams on schedule and milestones.
- Works closely with Development Team in achieving maximum Test Coverage
- Responsible for building scalable and resilient test automation framework
- Performs code reviews and ensures industry standard best practices for test automation and script development
- Mentors Team in delivering reliable and high-quality test cases and automated test scripts
- Defines Quality Engineering metrics appropriate for the project and builds dashboards for tracking progress
- Takes complete ownership of defect tracking and defect triage activity
- Raise risks on time and contributes to contingency/mitigation strategy

• *Salary**: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
