About the job ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELERS
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, modify, and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate design information across architectural and engineering disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use Revit Family Editor to create and manage custom families as required by project needs.
• Conduct design reviews and clash detection using Navisworks to support coordinated project delivery.
• Manage and organize project documentation through platforms such as Aconex and BIM 360 Design.
• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and related documents to ensure proper integration into BIM models.
• Collaborate with project teams, providing technical support and ensuring adherence to BIM standards.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and supporting overall BIM/VDC workflows
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM/VDC modeling and design coordination for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Aconex, and BIM 360 Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Revit and Revit Family Editor.
• Excellent understanding of integrated architectural and engineering practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand design drawings, specifications, and document coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in both collaborative team environments and independent or unsupervised settings.
