About Us
Subject.com is the Netflix of Education — building the future of learning through cinematic, video-first curriculum that students actually want to watch. We partner with school districts nationwide to help students catch up, stay on track, and get ahead. We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Coordinator to help us expand our reach and elevate our presence at conferences and events across the country.
Role Overview
This is not an “order-taker” role — it’s a leadership seat on a fast-growing marketing team where you will set the vision, drive execution, and measure impact for every conference, activation, and event. You’ll manage large-scale logistics, oversee creative direction, and make sure Subject shows up in unforgettable ways — from the first teaser post to the last signed deal.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Brand & Marketing to ensure every event fuels pipeline, strengthens relationships, and makes Subject impossible to ignore. This role requires strategic thinking, creative vision, operational excellence, and the stamina to thrive in a high-speed, high-expectation startup.
Type of Hiree
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, design-minded events and marketing coordinator to join our fast-growing marketing team. You’ll lead event logistics, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure that every Subject event leaves an unforgettable impression — from the first Instagram story to the final lead follow-up. This role requires a high level of energy, ownership, and initiative — if you're looking to coast or need constant direction, this won’t be the right fit.
