The Role
They're looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer who's passionate about building meaningful technology. You'll work across the stack to create intuitive tools, scalable systems, and smart AI-driven features that support their customers and internal teams alike.
This is a high-autonomy role where you'll ship to production quickly, own your work end-to-end, and make a real impact.
What You'll Do
• Build full-stack features (UI, backend logic, and AI applications)
• Lead projects with ownership and accountability
• Collaborate across product, design, ops, and data
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive engineering culture
Our Tech Stack
• Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript (Next.js), Python (FastAPI), Node.js
• Infrastructure: Vercel, Google Cloud Platform
• Architecture: Monorepo with internal packages
• AI: Real applications in production & under active development
What We're Looking For
• Strong commercial full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience building AI-driven features or tools
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• A balance of fast iteration and long-term thinking
