Role Summary
The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, identifying new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.
• Analyze market trends to understand the advantages and disadvantages of new products.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Business Development
• Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products and brands.
• Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance.
Marketing
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.
Data Track
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory or related science.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as applicable. Preferred experience as a lab technician in Molecular Biology or in Lab sales.
• Additional Details: Candidate should be based in Jeddah. Should have a valid KSA driving license and be willing to travel as per business needs.
