Crypto AML Investigations Associate
At Coinbase, we're building the cryptocurrency ecosystem that enables economic freedom at scale. We're seeking an experienced Crypto AML Investigations Associate to join our team in San Francisco.
As a key member of our AML Compliance team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program by analyzing complex financial data and identifying potential risks. This includes:
• Conducting thorough investigations of suspicious transactions and customer activity using blockchain and cryptocurrency expertise
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure effective implementation of AML policies and procedures
You will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with financial products, such as cryptocurrencies and digital assets, is essential for this role.
