Infinite pl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Agile Coach** to join our dynamic team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting the agile transformation within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and help them deliver high-quality products and services. If you are passionate about agile methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully implementing agile practices, we want to hear from you. Please note that this is a 6 months contractor role based onsite in Riyadh.
• *Responsibilities**:
- Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, frameworks, and practices to improve their overall performance and delivery efficiency
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams to ensure alignment and effective agile implementation
- Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that hinder team progress
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback, conducting training sessions, and organizing workshops
- Monitor and track team metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide teams towards achieving their goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies
• *Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and practices
- Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies in complex projects
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC) are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
