Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Must have Recruitment Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
