REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field (Required).
• 7+ years related experience in UX, interaction design, and prototyping (Required).
• Expert knowledge of UX design principles, interaction patterns, and usability best practices (Required).
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Bolt, Replit and other prototype/design tools (Required).
• Comfortable working at speed, producing high-quality prototypes quickly (“run fast” capability).
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Required).
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $55/hr to $60/hr on w2.
