This role collaborates with HR partners - including immigration, legal, consulting, and onboarding - and contributes to reporting and compliance deliverables on a regular cadence.Responsibilities· Partner with HR Generalists and leadership to support a unified, inclusive culture.· Act as a liaison between management and employees by addressing questions, interpreting policies, and helping resolve work‑related issues.· Assist with HR processes for new hires, interns, and employee transfers with minimal supervision.· Support HR programs and initiatives such as onboarding, budget management, policy rollouts, and statutory compliance.· Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, compliance tracking, data entry, and HR system updates.Required qualifications· 0-2 years in business, administration or HR related roles· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceQualifications · Strong verbal and written communication skills· Proactive, self‑driven approach with consistent on‑time delivery· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams· Understanding of HR programs, policies, and procedures· Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive informationIdeal candidates typically have a bachelor’s degree in HR or business and 1–2 years of HR operations or administrative experience (internships count).
