We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Talent Operations team as an HR Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through the transformation of HR data into actionable insights.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate people data insights to stakeholders.Extract data from Workday and other HR systems using various reporting tools and techniques.Audit & GovernanceThe selected candidate will ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality checks and validation procedures. They will also contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
Collaboration is key in this role. The successful applicant must be able to work closely with People Business Partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide relevant insights that support business objectives.
