Technical Lead/Consultant (Dynamics 365)
As part of the digitalization journey, our client is looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Consultant to manage several business applications (mainly Dynamics 365 based) projects.
Responsibilities:
• Support users with application-related issues and recommend suitable tech solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored systems, particularly for academic programme operations.
• Lead discussions to define system needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Prioritize features and document specifications through engagement with business users.
• Address project challenges proactively and manage risks throughout the development process.
• Align with departments to ensure smooth system deployment and support.
• Propose solutions that meet functional and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• More than 3-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and managing application projects.
Minimum 8 years’ hands-on development experience with:
• C#.NET
• Web and database systems
• RDBMS and Microsoft SQL
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
