We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in
delivering high-quality products. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies,
removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a servant-leader and coach for Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and
Retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Foster strong collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Work independently to handle multiple sprints/projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (Plus point)
