The Role
As Product Manager, you will:
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from gathering requirements and shaping features to prioritization and delivery
• Work directly with clients to understand business needs, translate them into product requirements, and ensure solutions exceed expectations
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions
• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and release management
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients, market trends, and internal stakeholders to inform feature prioritization
• Ensure high-quality, technically feasible solutions are delivered on time
What You Bring
• 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech, SaaS, or related software
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, gathering requirements and managing expectations at senior levels
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical feasibility
• SaaS experience is essential — familiarity with cloud-based, enterprise software solutions
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable product features
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
