Senior Performance Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our performance testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, executing and interpreting high-level performance tests for large-scale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Benchmark system capacity and scalability by leveraging advanced tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, LoadRunner Enterprise, Locust and NeoLoad
• Spearhead the development of reusable performance harnesses integrated into CI/CD pipelines to automate load testing workflows
• Audit existing architecture to identify bottlenecks using APM platforms like Datadog, New Relic and Dynatrace
• Craft detailed operational guides covering environment setup, load profiles KPIs sign-off criteria for future reference by the team
