You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 day per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ How you'll succeed - Leadership skills - Act as development team lead and run code-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the project is on track to meet goals. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving. Who you are - You can demonstrate experience with: at least 3 years with.NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS. Strong Asset if you have experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Python. You need to know basic software development principles and patterns, as well as how to write Unit Tests and Automation Tests. - You embrace and advocate change.
