PACE Springfield International School is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Inclusion to start in April 2026. The successful candidate will have a background in high quality SEN provision and ideally have, or be studying for, a recognised SENCo qualification such as the NPQ SENCo.
Experience of working within the UAE, and in particular Dubai, is an advantage and knowledge of the current inspection framework is essential. The school is small but growing quickly and is committed to inclusion as a daily practice and not simply a tagline on a website. Students with additional needs or determinations are valued for their unique contribution to the school and are fully immersed in classroom activities.
The successful candidate will oversee the work of an inclusion assistant(s) and also a number of external support assistants who accompany students and will lead on staff training in relation to SEN provision and best practice. A high level of spoken and written English is required for the position and the ability to speak in Arabic would be seen as an advantage.
