High-Growth B2B SaaS Data Science Platform, measuring consumer insights and brand messaging impact, seeks Head of Finance and Operations with experience in start-up to high growth B2B SaaS companies, and a background in fundraising, leading financial modeling and diligence reporting to VC and Private Equity investors - to lead strategic finance, capital raise efforts, financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, and related business operations including running revenue operations, preparing financial and operational analyses of the business and overseeing accounting and related operations. Our client is a highly successful and growing 40+ person company founded in 2018 focused on measuring the impact of messaging on public opinion and consumers, combating disinformation and supporting growth of consumer facing brands and organizations – with major enterprise clients including AirBNB, AMEX, Meta, Amazon and Paramount.
We’re looking for someone with experience at other fast growing B2B SaaS startups and highly proficient in financial modeling at the level expected of analysts at VC, private equity or investment banks. Must have extensive capital raise / fundraising experience. Visible role with huge upside potential.
Requirements:
• Bachelors or higher, in business, finance or related field
• 7+ years financial management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic B2B SaaS environment, ideally at startups and/or investment funds
• FP&A and financial management experience at a SaaS platform with understanding of SaaS metrics, SaaS KPIs. Raising capital and very strong modeling.
• Investment Banking or VC / Private Equity Analyst background preferred.
• Very strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
