• *Responsibilities**:
- Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components.
- Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs.
- Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations.
- Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance.
- Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control.
- Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research.

- SaaS platforms;
• *Preferred**:
- VPN technologies and protocols - strong understanding preferred.
• *Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
