Head of Business Operations 📍 Redwood City, CA (Hybrid – M/W/F In Office) 💰 $130,000–$200,000 + equity 🧭 Reports directly to CEO Own the operating system of a scaling, venture-backed technology company. We’re partnering with a VC-backed startup (sub-100 employees) whose platform is used by 1.5M+ engineers globally. The company has strong product-market traction and recently raised institutional capital to scale aggressively. They are hiring their first dedicated Business Operations leader to build the infrastructure that supports the next phase of growth. This is a high-visibility, CEO-partner role with company-wide scope. What You’ll Own • Finance and revenue operations (forecasting, invoicing, reporting, commissions) • Recruiting infrastructure and hiring execution • Company-wide systems and process design • OKRs, planning cadence, and executive accountability • Vendor, legal, and operational infrastructure You will build systems from scratch, improve what exists, and run them day-to-day.
