Design and develop electronic schematics for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitsCreate and maintain multi-layer PCB layouts with consideration for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal performanceSelect electronic components and create detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)Collaborate with mechanical engineering to ensure proper form, fit, and enclosure integrationSupport design reviews, design for manufacturability (DFM), and design for testability (DFT) effortsGenerate and maintain documentation including schematics, PCB files, stack-ups, fabrication drawings, and assembly notesWork closely with manufacturing partners to support prototype builds, resolve layout or assembly issues, and transition designs to productionPerform hardware bring-up, debug, and validation testing on prototypesEnsure designs comply with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in hardware design with hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout responsibilityExperience designing analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitsProficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD/Allegro, KiCad, or similar softwareFamiliarity with DFM, DFA, and DFT principles
