Key Responsibilities
• Lead a high-performing team of technical experts as a hands-on leader who coaches while driving strategic growth.
• Own end-to-end technical scoping on major accounts, scaling repeatable solutions across the entire SE team.
• Drive pre-sale turnarounds and post-sale pipelines that fuel company expansion.
• Balance hands-on delivery with mentoring to raise team standards and capabilities.
Key Activities
• Design and present workflow solutions combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and multimodal AI to solve customer problems like image recognition and document processing.
• Coach an SE team through technical reviews, playbook creation, and output validation while delivering high-impact projects.
• Own pre-sale scoping and SOW validation to accelerate deals, plus drive post-sale delivery that generates ongoing opportunities per account.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, triage complex issues, and manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones.
Requirements
• Player-coach with 2+ years of coaching small teams and a background in solutions engineering.
• Ideal candidate has deep LLM expertise: API integration, prompt engineering, RAG, SFT—you've scoped complex AI projects recently.
• Strong Python skills with production demo experience, plus ML-ops and cloud deployment knowledge.
• Natural communicator who builds opportunity pipelines with AEs and presents to stakeholders.
