We’re looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to join Channl, a startup operating in the music and creator economy. This is more than just a coder role. We need a builder who can solve problems, propose solutions, and take real ownership over the product.
Channl is live and creators are signing up. The product is built in React and Node.js with Typescript. We’ve laid the foundation. Now we’re looking for someone to help shape what comes next—especially around AI.
What you’ll do:
• Own and ship features across our React and Node.js codebase
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Improve our development process and tech environment
• Work closely with the product manager and founders
• Shape how AI becomes core to the platform
• Help evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI tools for creators and fans
• Report progress clearly and take full ownership of tasks
Who you are:
• Strong full-stack experience with React and Node.js
• Comfortable making decisions and moving quickly
• Curious about AI and eager to integrate smart tools into a live product
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
• Open to part-time now with a path to full-time post-funding
Compensation:
Co-founder equity. No salary at this stage. Flexible based on involvement.
